A useful quotation starts with a defined order

A wholesale face mask quotation should describe the product, quantity, customization, packing and destination behind the price. When these fields are clear, buyers can compare offers against the same requirement and identify what still needs confirmation.

For Qianniu enquiries, begin with a product link or style reference, your estimated quantity and the delivery location. Add any colour, logo, printed design or packaging changes. Requirements for samples, documents and timing belong in the same brief.

This guide explains how to prepare that information for non-medical mask sourcing. Use it to organize the details behind a supplier’s offer. The actual quotation and order terms are agreed for the specified product and project.

Identify the exact product being quoted

A product name can cover details that still need to be agreed. Confirm the model, dimensions, construction, material description, colour and packing. If your customer requires a particular specification or document, include it in the enquiry instead of expecting the supplier to infer it.

Qianniu’s listed mask styles include flat, 3D, 4D, 5D, 94-style and KN95-labelled products. Use the mask product range to identify the item you want to discuss. Each model still needs its own specification review.

Keep style names and documented performance separate. A photograph helps identify the form of a mask, while product-specific documents answer different questions. If a KN95-related requirement is part of the purchase, state the exact model and documentation needed for review.

For a cap purchase alongside masks, identify the cap as a separate line item. Confirm its shape, dimensions, material and packing independently so the quotation does not treat different products as one undefined quantity.

Break quantity down into the versions to be supplied

State the total quantity and how it is divided by product, colour, design and packing version. This helps the supplier understand the order you intend to place. A combined total is less useful when the split remains open.

Qianniu’s regular orders start at 1,000 pieces. Custom quantities are discussed for the project. Confirm how the applicable minimum relates to each product and custom version rather than treating the regular starting quantity as a universal custom minimum.

If you expect repeat purchases, describe the plan as an estimate and give the first-order requirement separately. Ask for quotations against quantities you can evaluate, with the assumptions clearly stated. A supplier can then confirm which options are available for that request.

The regular and custom MOQ guide explains how to organize a quantity schedule before discussing a minimum.

Make the customization requirement specific

Colour, logo placement, printed design and packaging should be described in enough detail to review. Send artwork or a visual reference and identify the product it belongs to. Explain any colour matching requirement and ask how it will be checked.

Confirm the feasible print area and production method for the selected mask. Ask which file format and approval process the supplier needs. Keep a clear artwork version so the quote and sample refer to the same design.

Where a project contains several designs, identify the quantity for each one. Ask whether artwork, sample preparation or other project items are included in the offer or quoted separately. Each answer should relate to the actual requirement rather than to a general customization label.

Use the OEM and private label enquiry page to prepare your design and packing brief. Available options, quantities and project timing are confirmed during that discussion.

Agree the packing before using freight estimates

Packing defines how the product will be counted, presented and shipped. Describe the required pack format and any printed information. Confirm the quantity per pack and the proposed outer packing before comparing offers.

Ask for the actual carton count, carton dimensions and gross weight for the agreed order. These details connect a product quotation with a transport enquiry. An early freight estimate may need review when the packing or quantity changes.

Include any requirements from your customer or intended market, such as the information to be reviewed on the product or packaging. Ask the responsible importer or service provider to confirm the requirements applicable to the actual transaction.

When packing is still undecided, explain what decision is open and request the available options. Keep the final choice connected to the written specification. This avoids comparing a quote for one packing format with an offer based on another.

Clarify sample charges and approval work

Samples help confirm the product before the bulk order, but the sampling request needs its own scope. Identify whether you need an existing product sample, a custom artwork proof or a final custom sample.

Ask which preparation work is included, whether charges apply and how sample transport will be arranged. If any charge can be credited or adjusted later, obtain the applicable conditions in writing. Do not assume that one supplier’s sample arrangement applies to another.

Qianniu gives a sample preparation reference of 3–5 days. Confirm current availability, the work involved and the event that starts the timing. A custom sample discussion should identify any further approval steps before the bulk order.

Keep the sample reference with your quotation. If you request a change after reviewing it, ask which product, packing, cost or schedule details need revision. The updated quote should reflect the version you intend to approve.

Separate production timing from arrival timing

Tell the supplier your target date and destination at the start. Then ask for a schedule that distinguishes product confirmation, sample or artwork approval, production and shipment. Each step should have a clear basis.

Qianniu’s regular production reference is 7–10 days, with the current schedule confirmed for the order. Custom production timing is agreed per project. Ask what must be completed before the production period begins.

A production estimate does not describe the full time to the delivery location. Transport arrangements, the destination and the responsibilities agreed for the transaction also matter. Ask what is included in the quotation and which remaining steps the buyer will arrange.

If you change a design, quantity or packing format, request an updated schedule. Keep the new date with the revised specification so an earlier estimate is not mistaken for the current agreement.

State the destination and transport basis

Provide the country and the requested delivery location. Explain whether you are asking for product pricing only or also want a transport quotation reviewed. The supplier needs a clear destination to discuss an export arrangement.

Confirm the trade and transport terms in the offer, including what the quoted amount covers and which party handles the remaining responsibilities. Ask your importer or logistics provider about product-specific import requirements for the destination.

For Southeast Asia sourcing, Qianniu welcomes enquiries for the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and other destinations. The Southeast Asia supply page lists the information to prepare. The route, freight and timing are confirmed for the actual order.

A useful transport comparison uses the same delivery point and final packing data. If one quotation covers a different point or leaves freight open, record that difference before comparing totals.

Compare the fields that explain the price

Quotation fieldWhat to align before comparing
ProductThe same model, specification and applicable documentation requirements.
QuantityThe total and the split by style, colour, design and pack version.
CustomizationThe approved artwork scope and any separate project charges.
PackingThe pack format, quantities and final carton information.
SamplesPreparation, approval, fees and sample transport conditions.
TimingThe agreed starting point, production schedule and separate transport estimate.
Commercial basisCurrency, quotation validity, agreed terms and the delivery point covered.

A lower unit figure can represent a different specification or scope. Review the missing fields with the supplier rather than filling them with assumptions. Ask for a revised quotation when the requirement changes.

Record open costs and responsibilities explicitly. Your comparison can then show which offer is ready for review and which still needs clarification. Keep the supplier’s written responses with the relevant quote version.

Use a revision date or reference number for each offer. When an updated quotation arrives, identify the changed fields and keep the earlier version for comparison. Review the current version with everyone responsible for purchasing and receiving the goods.

Prepare an RFQ that can be answered

A short, organized brief is a useful starting point. Include the product reference, quantity split, required specification, custom artwork or packing request, destination and target date. Add the sample and documentation questions that affect your decision.

If you are still choosing between styles, identify the options and explain what you need to compare. The team can discuss the product information required for a quotation. Avoid treating an unconfirmed detail as an agreed feature of the product.

Before placing the order, check that the final quotation, sample reference and written specification describe the same version. Resolve changes to artwork, packing, quantities and timing with the supplier. The wholesale buying guide connects these approval points into an order checklist.

To begin, request a wholesale quotation from Qianniu. Send your product, quantity and destination, then add the requirements that need review. A clear brief gives both sides a practical basis for confirming the product, costs and next steps.
